If you are fuelling your body right the physical training will be a rewarding burn as you are sculpted into a desirable submissive. Although you will exercise your body, referring to it as training reconditions your mind from a chore to a discipline and habit in your life you can be proud of. There are different types of physical training and a good rounded balance ensures the best desired outcome; as all matter in submission and keeping your body in adequate form.

These are disciplines a good sub practices for their own wellbeing and the best submission. I will make you practice all of them should you follow My Gynarchy. A strong balanced sub is a dream bottom for any Top; that is a wise sub’s goals to be, and that is what I intend to turn you into. The practice, and use of your body is both fulfilling and essential. The push and time you spend bettering yourself will also give you confidence; knowing it is what your Goddess desires every step of the way.
Flexibility
I want to be able to bend you into positions I find appealing, and you comply; willingly offering your body as My footstool, for punishment or observation, or as a seat for My royal ass. To be able to do so you will remain limber and flexible.
Stretching warms up your body and keeps it ready for My Domination over you. So, what better way to stretch than to incorporate them into practicing slaves positions to please your Mistress? Breath deep and slow and assume each position with intent. Pause for a moment in each position and take a deep breath feeling every part of your body and surrendering it to your Goddess.
Endurance
How long can you last? We both know how much I like that game. Endurance is about taking on an increasing workload and toughening up to the challenge. It doesn’t stop with your manhood either. I want your body to be able to endure Me, My weight, and My beating. So sometimes you need to be pushed, and I’m that cruel Goddess that will keep pushing until your inevitable failure. The point here is intentionally taking you past fatigue just to see how far you can truly go.
I just wonder if you can manage to rise to the challenges of My relentless needs, hahaha.
Resilience
Resilience is the capacity to proceed as normal in spite of obstacles and challenges. Good cardio and physical activity achieve this and they are going to be included in your daily and fetish life.
Every step is for your Goddess. Keep that body moving with walking, HIIT, yoga, and/or other physical activities.
Strength
There’s a reason muscles are sexy; they are a direct display of strength and power. That’s even more true when you’re building strength to appease Me; to gain more power to submit to Me. Regardless of your physical goals, strength training is essential.
Strength training can be done with heavy equipment, dumbbells, or simply your own bodyweight and the environment around you. Whether building, loosing or maintaining – for success strength cannot be overlooked.
